As part of our services, we charge a one-time tenant acquisition fee, also known as a leasing fee or new tenant placement fee. This fee applies when leasing or re-leasing the property in the event of a vacancy. Typically, the fee is equivalent to one month’s rent or a percentage thereof, usually ranging from 50% to 100%. The leasing fee covers various costs, including property advertising, conducting property viewings for prospective tenants, applicant screening, and performing the move-in inspection.
